GSK Group 2026 Work Safety Month Campaign

A tribute to every worker for their dedication and hard work at their posts.

From June 12 to 13, 2026, the General Affairs Department of the Administration College of Corporate University organized a special training session for Work Safety Month in Nanjing.
Themed "Everyone Speaks Safety, Everyone Knows Emergency Response — Identify and Rectify Risk Hazards," the training aimed to implement the Group's safety deployments, review the safety conditions across various bases, and address existing management shortcomings.

This training session covered 22 employees from 16 group companies, focusing on practical skills including on-site safety hazard identification, risk prevention and control, emergency response, and electrical safety. Utilizing practical and standardized teaching methods, the session successfully strengthened the internalization of safety knowledge and the implementation of practical skills.

The key focus areas of the training included:

1.Building a Strong Mental Defense Line: Eliminating complacency among employees through safety warning case studies and accountability interpretations.

2.Proactive Risk Prevention and Control: Identification of core risk points for specific posts and standardization of the closed-loop reporting process for hidden hazards.

3.Standardizing Safety Inspection Protocols: Optimizing the full-chain mechanism encompassing hazard identification, rectification, and re-inspection.

4.Targeted Reinforcement of Electrical Safety Knowledge: Covering equipment operation and maintenance, electric shock prevention, and fire prevention.

Moving forward, the Group will continuously integrate safety training, hazard identification, and emergency drills into daily routines. This will drive a transition in safety management from reactive rectification to proactive prevention and control, effectively safeguarding employees' lives and property while ensuring the stable operation of the enterprise.
